Gozleme is a delicious flatbread filled with various fillings such as lamb or beef mince, cheese, spinach or vegetables. 

Grab your ingredients together and prepare the gozleme dough – 250 ml tepid water – ½ TSP fast action dry yeast – ½ TSP sugar – 370 g strong white flour – 1 TSP salt – butter for brushing

Cover the dough with a clean kitchen cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it has doubled the size up.

After the dough is doubled up in size, divide it into 5 equal pieces and leave them to rest for another 15 minutes on a lightly floured surface.
