Although they are generally considered as an appetizer, they can be served as a main dish with a bowl of Spicy Egg Fried Rice.

Remove the tips of the chicken wings and cut the wings in between two joints so you have the drumettes and the flat piece containing two long bones separated.

Add the chicken wings to the bowl with the marinade and mix well. Let them marinate for a minimum of 2 hours.

Cook them on the BBQ or in the oven for 50 to 60 minutes until the wings are nicely caramelized and started to crisp on the edges.
