Ingredients

  • 1000 g watermelon (peeled and cut into wedges)
  • 100 ml vodka
  • 3 tablespoon stock syrup
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • mint leaves and raspberries (to garnish)

Instructions

  • Place watermelon wedges in a blender and puree until smooth.
  • Pour the juice through a fine sieve to remove pulp and get a silky texture.
  • Transfer the strained juice to a pitcher or cocktail shaker.
  • Stir in vodka and simple syrup.
  • Fill glasses with ice, pour in the mixture, and garnish with fresh mint leaves and red fruits. Stir gently before serving.
