    These simple beef recipes made my weeknight dinners easier when our meals started to feel the same. They’re made with everyday ingredients, don’t require much effort, and still deliver plenty of flavour to the table. Some are quick and ready in no time, while others take a little longer but need very little preparation. Beef is one of those reliable staples many of us keep in the fridge or freezer, knowing we can turn it into a really good meal that never feels boring and always pleases a crowd.

    Turkish Pasta with Beef

    Kıymalı Makarna is a comforting and easy-to-make Turkish pasta dish with minced beef, onions, tomatoes, and simple spices. It was a staple in our household growing up, and I always enjoyed its rich, hearty flavours and quick preparation. This dish is perfect for a busy weeknight meal and pairs beautifully with garlicky yoghurt on top.
